 To ensure the quickest possible delivery of your parcel, Little Living uses express postage with Australia Post for the majority of our deliveries.
This ensures you receive your parcel usually the next day to major cities or within two to three working days for regional areas (for orders made before 2pm) and also that your parcel can be tracked if need.
Our products come in all sizes and shapes which can impact on the delivery method and timeframe, depending on what and how much you order. Bulkier items such as furniture or custom made orders and orders of multiple items, may be sent by courier or Australia Post registered parcel post, depending on the size of the parcel/s.
The delivery timeframe for these items will be estimated in the product description where we are able to. Sometimes we do not know until we receive your order (as for orders of multiple items) but we will always keep you informed and confirm when your parcel has been dispatched and when to expect it, by email.
Your delivery cost is calculated at the checkout as part of your online order. If there is a special postage cost due to the bulk of the item or its weight, you will see this in the product description before you proceed to checkout where possible .
As a Shipping Guide, most parcels upto 3kg sent from Little Living by express post will cost $9.50 no matter what you order or where you live in Australia. We are committed to keeping postage costs down while at the same time ensuring a prompt and safe delivery of your item/s. A general breakdown of costs is as follows:
