Little Living Team Holidays: From 22 December 2011 returning 9 January 2012 - our shop is still available for purchasing online however orders will not be dispatched until 9 January 2012. You can still email us any enquiries and we will respond from 9 January.

Postage & Delivery Costs
Your delivery cost is calculated at the checkout as part of your online order. If there is a special postage cost due to the bulk of the item or its weight, you will see this in the product description before you proceed to checkout where possible.
 
We are committed to keeping postage costs at a minimum while at the same time ensuring prompt and safe delivery of your item/s. Postage costs are calculated depending on the size and weight of your order. We always select the most cost effective and secure way to send your order.

Australia wide Express Post delivery is charged as follows:
0-500g - $9.95
501g - 3kg $12.95
3.01kg and over is more cost-effective to send via courier which will be calculated depending on your delivery address.

A delivery charge for furniture, heavy, bulky or other large parcels is based on the size and cubic weight of the parcel as well as its destination. These items cannot be shipped via express post. Please see our delivery page for more information.

International Delivery via Australia Post Air Mail: Please contact us for international delivery charges.


Pricing Information

Please note: all pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST.
International orders are exempt from GST and this will be deducted from your order automatically once your delivery address is known.
Pricing and promotions may be changed at our discretion and without notice.

 
Refunds & Returns
We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase from Little Living, and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will exchange your item or offer a refund.*
 
Please choose your items and sizing carefully as all postage costs are to be paid by the customer. Call or contact us by email on contactus@littleliving.com.auwithin 7 days of purchase prior to returning any item.
 
Please note: The item must not be worn or used or damaged after delivery. It cannot be returned if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if it has been dropped or broken. All products must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in their original condition and packaging.
 
Return by express or registered post is recommended as if it is not received, no exchange or refund can be made. Inspection of the item must be completed prior to exchange or refund, so please allow time for us to receive your parcel, inspect it and action your exchange or refund. We will keep you informed along the way.  Please feel free to call or email us if at any time you would prefer to check dimensions, sizing or colours prior to purchasing.
 
*No refunds or exchanges will be given on sale items.
 
Faults
Little Living quality checks every item prior to postage and packs all items as securely as possible at all times. If you do unfortunately receive an item that is faulty, please contact us and we will investigate replacing it or refunding the item's value.

Little Living must be notified (email contactus@littleliving.com.au) and the product returned within 14 days in the original condition that it was received for inspection. Each case will be considered separately but we will be in contact with you along the way.

 
Lost or damaged in transit
Loss or damage is extremely rare, however in the unfortunate event that your parcel is lost or damaged after is has been dispatched, Little Living cannot be held responsible for the loss. We will however, assist in investigating any parcel not delivered or misplaced by Australia Post, by providing the express post item number wherever possible, which will assist in the tracking process. We will do whatever we can to get your parcel to you safely.

Product unavailability

If a product you have selected becomes unavailable prior to dispatch to you, we will contact you and arrange alternative arrangements, such as another item or placement of a backorder with the supplier, or refund of the order should you wish. If a product you want to purchase is listed as 'out of stock' you may want to contact us to check if backordering is possible. Colours

Please be mindful that colours can appear different on different quality screens. If you have any questions about colours please contact us and we will be happy to talk to you about the products and colour options.

Little Living Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

  1. Gift vouchers and unused portions of gift vouchers are valid from 6 months from the date of purchase, which is the "expiry" date. It is the responsibility of the gift certificate receiver to ensure it is used before the expiry date. Little Living is unable to extend gift voucher expiry dates.
  2. Gift Vouchers may be used for product purchases only. They are not redeemable on postage and delivery.
  3. Gift vouchers must be redeemed through the www.littleliving.com.au Web site.
  4. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
  5. Gift Vouchers are not transferrable to another person.
  6. Any unused balance remains on the recipient's gift voucher account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
  7. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a valid and accepted credit card or via Paypal.
