payment & ordering options

Little Living provides several different payment options so that you can decide which best suits you. These options are presented to you at the checkout.
 
CREDIT CARD:
We work with St George and eWAY secure payment gateway provider, to accept payment by Visa or Mastercard. Our payment gateway ensures Little Living's web site is secure and is located within a secure server environment which utilises SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).
 
We can accept your credit card details online via the shopping cart or we are happy to process your order manually via the phone, email or fax if you prefer. Simply call us on (02) 6166 2065, fax us (02) 6166 2061 or email us contactus@littleliving.com.au.
 
DIRECT DEPOSIT:
We also accept payment via direct deposit. Choose this option at checkout and you will be presented with our banking details in your confirmation email. When transferring funds, please use your order number as your reference number. Goods are dispatched as soon as possible following the funds being clearing in our account.

If you use a credit card for your purchase, you should expect to receive two email confirmations within a few minutes of placing an order with Little Living. One confirming your order details and one direct from our secure payment facility eWAY, confirming your payment transaction with Little Living.

If you choose bank deposit you will only recieve one email confirming your order details. Your order will be dispatched once funds are cleared in our account.

If you don't receive any email confirmation, please get in contact as you may have entered your email address incorrectly. It is important we can contact you to confirm your delivery.
 
For majority of orders, goods will generally be dispatched same day, if received before 2pm. Please note Australia Post do not deliver weekends or public holidays - these orders will be sent the first available working day to be received usually the following day. We will confirm by email when your parcel is sent and store any applicable tracking numbers for future reference if need. For items which are custom made to order, we will advise the delivery timeframe for you in the product description as appropriate.
